I want to take a moment to recognize Dominic Kramer for the amazing service he provided at my home. He was sent out to help with pests getting into our attic, and from the moment he arrived he was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly explain what the issue was and exactly how he planned to fix it, which made us feel very comfortable and informed throughout the process.While working, he also discovered that we had a gas leak. He immediately informed me and advised me to contact the gas company right away for repairs. I truly appreciate how attentive and thorough he was because that could have been a very dangerous situation.What stood out most was his patience and professionalism. After already explaining everything to me, he took the time to explain it all again to my husband when he called, making sure we both understood everything clearly. Dominic went above and beyond, and it’s rare to come across people who genuinely care about their customers the way he did.I truly appreciate his help and his kindness, and I’m grateful he let us know we could contact him anytime if we had additional questions or concerns. Excellent customer service all around!
